We’re building the health system
that should already exist.
Auracare is building agentic clinical decision support grounded in a personal health digital twin. We got here the hard way — inside a public health system — and we kept everything we learned.
We learned the NHS from the inside.
Then we built what it couldn’t.
Auracare didn’t start with a digital twin. It started with twenty pharmacies, a wall we couldn’t move, and everything we learned on the way.
- 2025
Auracare is founded
We set out to modernise UK primary care, building NHS data-aggregation tooling — including a shipped pharmacy prescribing product with automated clinical notes.
- 2025 → early 2026
Piloted in 20 UK clinics & pharmacies
We ran real deployments across twenty sites and learned, first-hand, the structural and technological gaps inside a public health system.
- Early 2026
We hit the wall
The NHS gates its API behind contracts that only renew in 2028. Rather than wait, we shelved the aggregation line — and kept everything we had learned about complex health systems.
- May 2026
We pivot to Auracare AI
A new direction: agentic healthcare built on a personal health digital twin. The bigger goal — an agentic clinical decision support system — starts here.
The pivot - Jun–Jul 2026
Foundations
A bottom-up market model, a Hong-Kong-first rollout strategy, the first neuro-symbolic reasoner, and a live ontology graph of 532,000 clinical concepts.
- Jul 2026
Raising our seed round
We are raising to bring Twin to market and to build out the agentic core. If you invest in frontier healthcare, we would love to talk.
- Coming months
Twin ships
Our first consumer product — a health digital twin that lives in your messages — reaches its first users.
- 2027 → 2030
Clinical rollout
From wellness to clinical decision support: Hong Kong first, then Taiwan and Singapore, across Southeast Asia, and into the wider region.
Three cities, one team.
London
Where Auracare began, and where much of the engineering lives.
Hong Kong
Operations and our first clinical market — the start of the evidence factory.
San Francisco
Where we’re building relationships with frontier-health investors.
A small, founder-led team.
Spanning London, Hong Kong and San Francisco.

We’re hiring.
A small, founder-led team building real infrastructure — not a thin wrapper.
