We are building agentic clinical decision support grounded in a personal health digital twin — starting with Twin, the product that puts a living model of you into your own messages. It is early, ambitious and honest work. If that sounds like your kind of problem, we’d love to meet you.
Why now
We learned health systems from the inside — then set out to build what they couldn’t.
Auracare started inside UK primary care, piloting data tooling across twenty clinics and pharmacies. We saw the structural and technological gaps up close — and we saw where the existing systems simply couldn’t go.
In May 2026 we pivoted. Everything we learned about complex, high-stakes health systems now points in one direction: agentic decision support built on a personal digital twin. The window to build it well is open now, and the team that builds it is forming now.

Safety-first, by design
We are honest about what our system does and does not do. Twin is general wellness, never a medical device, and every claim we make is one we can stand behind.
Real infrastructure, not a wrapper
A live ontology of 532,000 clinical concepts and a neuro-symbolic reasoning core in active development. We are building the hard parts, not prompting over someone else’s.
Ship and learn
Twin puts a health digital twin in real people’s messages so we learn from consented, real-world data — and let what we learn shape the agentic system.

ML / Neuro-symbolic Engineer
Build the reasoning core — a learned graph model paired with an auditable symbolic layer grounded in SNOMED CT and ICD-11.
Mobile Engineer (Kotlin Multiplatform + Svelte)
Own the surfaces Twin lives on: a shared Kotlin Multiplatform core and Svelte web, from device connections to the daily check-in.
Data / Connectors Engineer
Turn wearables, apps and health platforms into clean, comparable signals — reliable pipelines with consent and privacy built in.
Clinical & Regulatory Lead
Hold the line between wellness and clinical decision support: safety framing, evidence generation and the regulatory path ahead.
